Blogging Community

Blogging community is essential to being a successful blogger. This is not to say showing off yourself but is to let everyone knows about your products or services that you offering to the word and meanwhile, it also creating a name and reputation for who you are and what you have to say. Having a community of your peers who enjoy what your blog has to say and respect you as part of the blogosphere goes a long way (Nikkis 2010).

Iran: Has Blogging become less popular since the election?

The blog shows up one of the three main patterns which is Topic Centric Community. In Australia Flexible Learning Framework (2006) website states 'Topic Centric Communities have no single technological platform, with each blogger selecting their own tool. What link them is hyperlinks, in the form of blogrolls, links to other blogs within blog posts, tagging, aggregated feeds (using RSS), trackbacks and comments. "Below shown the relevant or related articles' links are posted on left on the blog

Furthermore, Alvin and Chignell (2007) state measuring community is an important step to determine if the motivation used does indeed create and build community. The researchers basically will distribute the questionnaires and surveys to users of the blogs, asking them about general blogging habits, behavior and feelings of sense community. The resulting interpretations, along with content analysis of posts and comments, are then used to create a sense of community model for blogs. Therefore, strength of community for a particular blog could be evaluated for a range of different communities of interest. This step can be seen in this blog because it has done a survey by asking 3 questions regarding its title as shown below. Read more at here.
