Document design is playing an important role in a document as if the design of documents is distinctive or outstanding, it easily grab viewer's attention, According to Reep (2006), readers basically do not read only printed words on a page and also will 'read' the visual presentation of the text. Hence, to design effective power point documents, layout, structure and messages are the three main characters (Enargeia 2008). The distinction between proper layout (c) and group's power point slides layouts as shown below (d,e and f)

Headings are organizational cues that alert readers to the sequence of information in a document (Reep, 2006). Figure 1.8 shown the group's power point slide has no heading, meanwhile, it hardly provide an outline that helps readers see the relationship of sections. Besides, Schriver (1997), claimed that poor design in a document it describes can have detrimental effect on the reader's perception of themselves.
